Blacks time has exhausted yet no alarm clock appeared is this a bug? I sent him a reminder because I don't want to win this on time after such a long fight.

could be because the site was down and he hasn't come back to check. The claim button is disabled for a couple more days, so that people get a chance to get back on the site after the problems of last weekend.

Same with my games against two opponents.
My time is exhausted. I thought that
clocks were to be shut off during the
down time...I could have taken VACATION
time to extend my TIME. Now I am in danger
of being TIME FORFEITED.

Actually, three games. I have since taken
five days VACATION. No problem...this is
NOT a complaint, Miguel---but---this could
have been handled much better. It is not an
equitable situation for me or my opponents.
Like I say, not a complaint---just great disappointment in an otherwise exemplary
organization and staff.

As far as i am concerned e2cp, you have been parading around this site all to much, mainly for help from miguel in every which situation.It is not your right to be happy or sad or have an opinion, if ya want 5 star service, go and pay for it, otherwise keep your negative , unwanted or needed feedback to yourself.
In most situations Miguel has accommidated u as best he could. Remember this is a free server and he is not obligated to provide any type of service.Everything he does is done because he wants to , not cause he has to.
