Personally, I'd love to see stalematers stripped of their ratings and banged up for six months.

This is a great discussion! I suggest that the next topic should be, "How high is up?" and after that, "How should losses be rated? Bad? Very Bad? Disaster? Embarrassing?" A lot of fun, really!
