Very considerate idea, pac212, but in a tournament you can't really delete a game without somebody losing it as well.
If somebody is deleted from a tournament, he/she might have already won some games - in a round robin setup anyway. Say something suddenly came up, eg, "If you continue to spend all of your time playing chess on internet, I'm filing for a divorce!". That player might well leave the other participants in the lurch, even if he/she was already (almost) the round winner. Then what?
And it isn't the fault of the more motivated player that there then suddenly will no result for the game, which could cost said player their chance of getting a good tournament result...

This is besides the subject, but if the wife can't handle his playing chess and wants to force him to stop, maybe divorce isn't such a bad idea after all.

I mean this condition is when the two players won't move...If you are a "real" member it could not happen because you will claim the game?! In the case where the non-playing person has won enough to be qualified, the second and third will be qualified with the existing "the best is qualified" in case of equality.

Well, tell that to boss-man Miguel, and hope he agrees with your eminent suggestion!
