The essence of this competion lies in the simultaneity of chess and boxing and the chess must be mental chess. Players will shout moves while boxing. Each player shall have 12 minutes on their chess clock. A knock-out, checkmate, or fallen flag ends the match. Players are expected to move every 20 seconds. If a player is on move for mor than 20 seconds his opponent may elect to suspend the boxing match until a move is made. If a player is on move for 40 consecutive seconds his opponent may elect to move again. A score sheet might be: 1.e4 noreply 2.Bc4 Noreply 3.Qf3 noreply 4.Qxf7##. Hence Black does make any moves he must knock white out in 2 minutes.
