Going to yonahel's game when this thread was young, I set it on 'think' and to the best of my ability, it is indeed a dead draw.
However, the game isn't over until it is over. Any player who refuses to see this is denying the opponent the right to deny the inevitable. As chess is a life-or-death game, this often happens anyway. Yonahel is in the position of seeing things a bit clearer than his opponent (by my limited ability to judge such). But still, complaining as yonahel does in this thread, he diminishes himself.
