How do I claim a draw by repetition?????? My opponent refuses to take the draw.

Como pode um jogador querer empatar comigo por repetição de lances se não sabe que a posição tem que se repetir por 3 vezes ?
Vai estudar as regras de xadrez Pickejohn, quem sabe lá voce aprenda os tipos de empate .

Friend Pikejohn, the position has to repeat for three times in order to have the tie and it has not yet occurred, this rule is
