On the 10th of October,the day of the assembly of the republic, a national holiday, the president of Portugal, Cavaco Silva, together with Lisbon's mayor, raised the national flag upside down. Only ten minutes later a journalist noticed.
Good job in this time of crises where especially the portuguese middle-class and poor people have to suffer a lot under the austority, almost everyday anounced by the portuguese government.
