I would have thought it's a general requirement that members agree to have complaints submitted to an administrator and be bound by the decision, perhaps subject only to use of the standard that the complainant must demonstrate beyond any reasonable doubt that his position is correct.

I did not intend this literally. I had a naughty smile when I wrote that. The truth is I think that is an interesting way for aknightout to make his point. Of course if his opponent becomes stubborn a farse could result.
