I not understanding the system of rating 
"Special rule: if the player to more than win an opponent with 400 points of difference for less, or to lose more than for a player with 400 points more, the punctuation will not be affected."

You opponent was almost 800 points below you; I'm amazed you didn't lose more than 28 points.

That is not the special rule.
The special rule says "if the player beats an opponent rated 400 or more points below, or lost to an opponent rated 400 or more points above, then the rating will not be affected".

I continue believing that an error occurred.

I don't see an error. In the third game your opponent was probably a provisonal player at the time which is why you didn't lose any points. In the first game your opponent gained 30 points. I would have expected him to gain about 32.
