Well, my last game against the trickster Lukk is coming to an end. I will fight the cheater and then I'll go away from this website. It 'a shame because I played many fine games. I met nice people and good players.
But all the times I begged Miguel to take action against the cheaters are still unanswered.
This site seems to have no control. No menagement. Miguel is increasingly absent and does not care much if this site is becoming crumbling and without improvements
Goodbye to all.

Likewise I am leaving this site after a very short stay as I have found a certain person (eggchaser) to be very rude and ungentlemanly. I cannot abide his rudeness and given that the site admin does nothing to prevent bad manners it is goodbye. I really hope that the powers to be will take heed that they are losing people due to their lack of response, however, I do not think this will make any difference.

I am new to this site and online chess. I enjoy a game of chess, that is why I signed up on this site. I accepted a couple of games from Egg Chaser but then realised that the time controls did not suite so I deleted them and then challenged him to 2 games with time controls that were better suited to my circumstances. I apologised to him and asked if he was happy to play to my time controls. I have had no issues when this same occurrence happened previously and the person was happy to play me. As stated I am new to this site. Egg Chaser, however, was extremely rude, arrogant and racist in his comments. As such I have no desire to remain on a site that tolerates such behaviour. Just wanted to be clear on why I am leaving.

Some players prefer games with a very small time-control, hoping to win a lot by time-outs

I did not think of that. Seems an odd way to win games to me. Besides that though, there is no need to be rude. If you don't want to play then decline politely.
