Hi,
The tournament AUTO-MASTER-2281 (http://queenalice.com/tournament.php?id=17276) have a timed out game but the other player don't claim the win. One of the players is really active (logged in some days ago).
I already wrote to both of them asking to end the game, and I hope any of them finish it.
On my opinion, this kind of issues need to be fixed automatically. Most other chess sites just automatically claim the win on timeouts. Possible developers have another policy for timeouts, but will be good if it can be checked.
