@harvir, sorry, but it seems that you didn’t understand the described issue...
1. I did that a few months ago. The opponent probably cannot resign their game.
2. Obviously, you didn’t understand that it is impossible in the situation described above.
Nothing is fine, this is a bug (which manifests only in some games) that has been present on the server for some time, objectively speaking.
