Thanks miguel for take care about the problem of members of the site. I hope that the problem will solve because there is "for me" the only problem of this site. I'd like very much the site....it's very good specially the style of the pages and of the chess board. Thanks very much.

Did anybody notice an improvement on the speed of the site this last couple of days?
I implemented a small change in the database that makes looking for games a little bit faster, I'm half way done with the new web server, I will have that ready in a few more days.

Yes, I have noticed a speed-up; 4 or 5 days ago, it could take 15 sec. or so to change pages.

Yes, I have noticed an improvement on the speed. (The big problem is from 17:00 to 24:00 GMT time, and I could take also 30 seconds). I thank you for the improvement

Are you sure this isn't on your side? From here it never gets that slow, right now is the busiest time with respect to number of online users and I'm still getting most pages in under a second.
