i don't see any problem with the games played superchess.
It seems that the player won first on time forfeit thus the initial high score. the next game he played a non-rated player and won. the next game was won on a blunder.
Luckily, he got a good initial rating but if you see his rating now its way down cause the rating is normalizing as soon as he is playing more and more games.
Just my 2 cents...

So what your saying is under 10 moves wins are possible or game was thrown???

Since ratings here are not close to "real" ones you can expect games like this... Specially with new members... Players that blunder away the game on the very few moves and resing, or games that are lost by time.
But, there are many "oddy" games, like this one: http://www.queenalice.com/game.php?id=58129 (Draw in 4 moves !?)
Or http://www.queenalice.com/game.php?id=58128 (The same)
...
But there is no "rule" against early draws, or early resings... Autough I think that rules could exist... ---
I do hope that the QueenAlice site gets better on this...

yes because they are from the rep same country in an open tournament!. so instead of let's say playing against 5 they settle and go against the rest.. this was like this in OTB as well!...
