I think the rating changes are a very good step. Thanks Miguel for taking the time to try and solve this difficult problem.
I can't understand the complainers; they seem to think only their rating has been changed  and not almost everyone at QA.

Bravo Miguel,
I'm happy to contribute to the best chess web site around. It has bothered me to see a player resign to his opponent when he had superior advantage in a game just  to elevate his opponent's ratings. If this chess club is to have any credibility we have to discourage those who take advantage of the ratings system. Thank you Miguel for this correction. I also hope more will contribute to keep Queen Alice financially sound
