I have noted that Mister Jim that you have play against many newcomers with "false" rating..I mean players that have got high ELO in theyr first games..you have also busted some of them as you are great player but that count high on the new system.  Its better for you to play against old foxes with many games under theyr belt..you see!  I am now rated rather close to my international ICCF rating(2354)so those new ELOS here is okay for me..dont matter to me that they are higher or lower..if lower its more easy to get higher!

Some players like these last changes, others not. What I want to say is that you must think very well when doing some change and do it ONCE. I entered this site a month ago and already 3 changes affected my rating. 
Anyway, an Excellent site as still free

Chess99, welcome to the site! You have a valid point: 3 changes in a month are way too many. However, I've been here over a year, and those are the only 3 ratings changes I'm aware of in all that time. You just happened to start when the changes were starting!
By the way, you mention that it is free, and you are right. Since you're new, I would like to tell you that many of us badgered Miguel into taking donations! He was very slow to accept them, but many of us pointed out that we wanted to donate. I just want you to know that it was our idea, not Miguel's. This site was not created by Miguel to make him money. We really appreciate all that he does. I use other sites as well, and in my opinion this is the best one by far.

I use redhotpawn also, but that site looks made only for the money...to many "sieges" and less chess. About the money: trust me, nice money come from AdSense. Every refresh of a page make money... but I'm not at all against it, very well. Nobody works for nothing.
Ok, I understand with the ratings. I now play to raise a SOLID rating, which even Miguel cannot destroy
