Is the time control 7d/move like tournaments?

No. As shown on the tournament list, it's 1d/m with a week in the bank.

Too fast for me :-(

It's too fast for me, too. But the first anniversary tournament was 3d/m and that hasn't finished yet! If you're going to have a Swiss tournament, you need several rounds and they have to be played one after the other. (There's no way to do it at the same time because Swiss tournaments work by pairing players with the same, or nearly the same, score in each round.)
So, there's no alternative to a fast time control. I can't play in this tournament but best wishes to everyone who can!
