Hum, I was 8 years old, 1973? Moderna Técnica de Abertura no Xadrez, Eugênio Znosko Borovski.(Opening Modern Technique in Chess), a small book my mother bought at newstand close to her job...I still have it and few weeks ago I was travelling in the past while leafin it...After reading the book you had to reach the conclusion that the "Ruy Lopez" was the only opening worth playing as white!
