Below is a transaltion of the first message from eduardoJr:
"Please translate this:
I talked to ELci over MSM [sic - suppose it means MSN] ( chessmaster2800@hotmail.com) whoever wishes to can add him.
He said as follows: " Arruda is not to blame for anything, there were some people who played over my lan [house], because we advertised Queenalice at the lan and on the community "Chess the Sport of Mind", as well as chess clubs, Miguel deleted several accounts from people who played over my lan wich I confirmed when checking my computers as follows: Chessmaster2800 which is myself eagacunha who logged a few times from there. ( if there are some IP logs you can verify that this is true) Petrozan Mario Argrentino Pascoal unidentified Levino unidentified adrianabarros123 Drica
Denise a 16 year old girl who is really upset Kasperic unidentified Ganguly unidentified Martins - Martins butcher shop owner Master - Luiz Claudio Ritinha - Rita Kosintseva unidentified Ruan unidentified Sanghoon unidentified Jacome - Cezar Community I used to play matches for the community "Chess the Sport of Mind", there may be others since I haven't check all the machines yet.
These guys played a lot of matches it would be impossible for 1, 2 or even 3 people to handle all these accounts.
Besides Arruda is playing tournaments mondays, tuesdays and thursdays on PSXC/JTC , plus almost every regional and if he were to set up he would create better level matches, because he is no stupid at all, but he has no desire to play there again.
I had now my FIDE frauded in 12 points for a tournament I didn't play.
And nothing can be done about it.
No one can be blamed if someone plays badly a game, and the queenalice rating is favourable to distortions the Gaduly guy I've seen shis matches and he is really bad player and probably played some matches with the help of engines and others without and engines have serious flaws and Arruda is an expert in figuring out wich engine the dude is using and taking advantage of it. And my account was deleted when I didn't win any suspicious matches.”
That's what he said and if there were this many accounts I don't believe Arruda is to blame, if there was any fraud it was Elci or someone else at the lan house but if this data is correct I believe no one commited fraud."

So stupid explanation! It's clear and obvious that eagacunha had manipulating results! I have here some games from him as example.
The 1st evidence. How can a chess player (2526 rating) lost a match only with 11 moves??? just take a look: http://queenalice.com/game.php?id=348022
The 2nd evidence. How can a chess player lost a match 5 times by "time" or "giving up" for the same player?? and the "giving up" times was less the 20 moves!!! Just take a look: http://queenalice.com/game.php?id=347764 http://queenalice.com/game.php?id=347840 http://queenalice.com/game.php?id=341607
And to finish my idea.
3rt evidence. Is it possible for 3 times the same chess-players enjoy at the same tournament??? take a look: http://queenalice.com/tournament.php?id=4192 http://queenalice.com/tournament.php?id=4193
Always eagacunha is at the same tournaments with "Sanghoon" "Ganguly" and "Petrozan"
"Sanghoon" , "Ganguly" and "Petrozan" were the same eagacunha!!! and we're almost sure!
If you have doubt about it, go to the games of eagacunha and take a look at his games and you will see!
Best wishes dude!

All kinds of people blunder.
Capablanca-Colle, Budapest 1929
Botvinnik-Spielmann, Moscow 1935
Christiansen(2620)-Karpov(2725), Wijk aan Zee 1993

If they were playing several games simultaneously and one player was unexpectedly unable to get to the net, it wouldn't be surprising to see several losses on time.

Well, in the first of those games, eagacunha's opponent was down a rook and a pawn; in the second, he was about to be checkmated or lose his queen. Is it really surprising to see a 2500 player beat a 2300 player? In the third, eagacunha lost on time, which doesn't seem to be an indication of anything in particular.

Um, that's only two. But there aren't many players who can enter Elite tournaments so it's not all that surprising to me that the same names would come up again and again.
Now, I've no idea why eagacunha was banned but Amadeus has supplied absolutely no evidence of wrong-doing.
