It has no use to show blunders of Colle, Spielman and Karpov to proof that a proof is not a proof.
The topic is about eagacunha, but there are about 15-20 "users" involved. If you take some time, and watch games between them, more then the just Amadeus examples, you will see, that it is all a big swindle, including games of eagacunha.
Too me it is strange a player looses 4 games to eagacunha on time, and another looses 2 games against eagacunha on time, but none against other players.
And that the same players show up in many AUTO-ELITE tournaments, and this are the same players as in private tournaments, with "Funny" games, cannot be coincidence. I don`t believe in fairytails:
Yamamoto`s tournament: id=3666
Dimitrievski`s tournament: id=3724
Kosintseva`s tournament: id=3664
For me Amadeus "evidence" was more then enough, as I don`t believe in so much coincidence.
But if you just look at the games between, eagacunha, Giangyly, Yamamoto, Denise, Sanghoon, Ritinha, etc, etc. etc., you find much more "funny coincidence."

Conversei muito no MSN com o Elci e ele me explicou muitas coisa e também liguei para a CBX para pegar dados e falei por telefone com o Arruda.
Alguns enxadristas do Queenalice falaram que foram verificar com pessoas do Rio de Janeiro alguns dados, é informaram mentiras, liguei para a CBX e me informaram que o Enxadrista Eduardo Arruda nunca foi denunciado ou processado por nada em seus 30 anos de enxadrista, e a CBX nunca teve nada contra ele.
Segundo: Descobri também que ele é presidente de um clube com mais de 50 atletas Federados e esta organizando um torneio Aberto FIDE (http://torneiodexadrez.webnode.com )que será na semana santa.
O Elci é presidente também de um clube de xadrez com mais de cem sócios e de uma comunidade de xadrez do Orkut com mais de 8000 membros e sua lan house tem 25 computadores.
As pessoas excluídas estavam jogando torneios no Clube de xadrez a qual tem a lan house do Elci, as pessoas excluídas gostariam de poder entrar aqui para explicarem os fatos , todos entrariam em hora marcada pelo Miguel de suas próprias casas, o Miguel poderia verificar que todos os ips são diferentes ou não .
O Elci organizava periodicamente torneios no Queenalice que ele dava prêmios mais as pessoas tinham que jogar em hora marcada na lan, para evitar o uso de engines( e provavelmente para ele ter retorno financeiro), esses torneios foram divulgados em sua comunidade do Orkut e em vários clubes de xadrez no Rio de Janeiro.
O Elci afirma que a maioria dos jogadores do Queenalice usam engines e essa é a única maneira segura dele ter certeza que jogavam sem auxilio.
Liguei para o Arruda ( tem o telefone dele na Pagina do torneio que ele esta organizando ) e ele me falou que sua conta foi criada para jogar contra a comunidade Xadrez o Esporte da Mente e que não foi criada por ele mais ele jogou algumas partidas a pedido do Elci no inicio quando desafiou todos os top 10 da época e jogou ainda contra alguns jogadores fortes(ENDHER, gbsalvio, etc). Mais a conta era da comunidade e algumas outras pessoas pilotaram alguns jogos, umas seis pessoas tinham a senha da conta, na Época jogaram Ele o MI Pedro Aderito e o MI Eduardo Limp ( verifiquei que é essa conta que esta fazendo bagunça) . Eles faziam os Lance na comunidade e alguém vinha aqui fazer, ele falou também que atualmente só tinha jogado na lan do Elci ( e recebia cachê para isso) pois esta sem tempo e tem jogado muitos torneios ao vivo por isso quem jogava eram pessoas do Clube do Elci e ele não sabe falar se houve ou não trapaça, mais se lembra de ter ganho partidas rápidas quando estava jogando na lan e afirmou também que fracos jogadores de xadrez ao vivo são fortes jogadores de postal, por isso caírem de nível nas partidas jogadas na lan.
Acho que o Miguel deveria ativar todas as contas excluídas por um dia para se verificar as coisas que estão sendo ditas e para as pessoas terem direito de defesa e talvez reabrir as contas de quem possa mandar documentos,
Pois ninguém deve ser considerado culpado antes do devido processo legal.
E algumas contas eram de capivaras( rating abaixo de 1500) que poderiam desde que provassem existir voltar a jogar aqui sem causar nenhum problema.
Pelo que me parece o Elci é o grande culpado de tudo, não sei disser se ele fez fraude ou não mais sei que ele tinha a senha de no mínimo 4 contas confirmado por ele.
Embora nas regras do Queenalice não esta escrito que não se pode ter mais de uma conta essas coisas devem estar escrito para evitar confusões e injustiças.
E pode –se falar o que quiser mais é impossível provar que uma partida mau jogado foi entregue.
Por curiosidade vi algumas partidas e a Adrianabarros123, por exemplo era capivara mesmo perdia peças em varias partidas e as vezes mesmo assim ganhava.
Outra coisa a política do queenalice de não se perder rating contra jogadores com rating provisório causa distorções , pesquisei e vi vários casos o cara esta em posição igualada e abandona pois o cara esta perto das 25 partidas e com o empate ele perderia rating.

Some chess-players from Queenalice have told some lies about eagacunha (About his manipulating result on FIDE rating) because I told with the CBX (Brasilian Cofederation Of Chess) and they explain to me that eagacunha have never been denunciated or accusated along his career as chess-player.
I have discovered too that eagacunha is president of a chess-club with more than 50 Federated Chess Players and He's organizing a open FIDE tournament (http://torneiodexadrez.webnode.com) that is gonna happen in this saint week.
"Elci" is president too of a chess-club with more than 100 player and he belongs a community in (www.orkut.com) with more than 8000 members and his lan-house has 25 computers.
The people who have been deleted from Queenalice was playing a tournament in the Elci's Chess-club exactly in the lan-house. That people who were deleted would like to join here to explain the facts, so everyone should join at the sametime in their houses and so Miguel could see that everyone are diferent through the IP's.
"Elci" was used to organize tournament (at his lan-house) in the Queenalice that the winners recived prizes, but everyone must join at the same time to avoid Engines (and probabily for him ear money with this), these tournaments was divulgated in his comunnity (www.orkut.com) and in many chess-blubs in Rio De Janeiro.
Elci told me that the most part of the members here use Engines and this way that he created (of everyone playing at the same time at his lan house) was only to avoid engine user.
I told with eagacunha at the telephone and he told me that his count here was created only to challenge the people who was at the community "Xadrez Esporte Da Mente" (in the website www.orkut.com) and his count here wasn't created by him, but he played some games because Elsi asked, at the beginning when he challenge the top's 10 and dare some good chess players here as: ENDHER, gbsalvio, etc. But The count belonged to the community at www.orkut.com and some players played some games!, around 6 peoples had his password here, at that time played for him, MI Pedro Aderito and MI Eduardo Limp. THe Members of the communitys made the moves and someone used to go here and make the move. eagacunha told me too, that he only played at the Elci's Lan-House and he was earing money for that! because he was without time due the live tournaments, that's why somepeople in the lan house played for eagacunha, and he don't know if there was or not cheat, but eagacunha remenber that he won fast games when he was at the lan-house and told me that weak players at live are strong player at postal chess, that's why they don't play serious matches in the lan-house.
I think that Miguel should re-open the counts deleted, just for one day to Miguel really analise the facts and for those people have defense rights!
I think that Elci is the really guilt in this case, I don't know if Elsi cheated or not, but I'm sure that Elsi had at least 4 passwords, confirmed by him!!!
The rules of Queenalice is not written that one person must have just one count, This rule should be written to avoid the confusion and injustice like that!
And Everyone can say everything, but none can prove that a bad played match was really given.
Just for curious... I have analised some matches of Adrianabarros123, for exemple she is really weak player, she lost so many pieces in the games, but even like this, she won so many games!
Another thing, this rule of Queenalice of not losing rating for "provisional player" causes distortion. I have analised so many matches and in some cases one player with almost the same rating of his opponent, don't end in a draw 'cause with this he lost rating so they are used to give up the game. because drawing the game they lose rating!
