Apparently I can't organise a tournament. It normally says from my Not enough games list on my right but it isn't. Do you know why?

I think that you can only organise a tournament if you're already RATED. So meanwhile you cant rightnow! only after 25 matches!

My brother BigVillanboy can organise a tournament and he is unrated.

I used to organise a tournament when I was unrated but now I got a provisinal rating which means I can't so you will have to wait until you get your proper rating.
