How come no one from the site answers the questions in the help and support forum?

| I think that you can only organise a tournament if you're already RATED. So meanwhile you cant rightnow! only after 25 matches! |

i can organize a tournament, give it a name etc... but then there's only me listed as a participant and i can't figure out how to add or invite other participants. any help appreciated.

the only option i see is 'challenge' which just challenges the member to a single game. will somebody who knows exactly how to organise a tournament and has done so successfully please post a step by step guide? i can't believe how difficult and confusing it is.
