Leo Kloosterveen would be an expert on this. He had set up a lot o tournments before. Leo where are you?

thanks for your help Gil, but that doesn't work either. My buddies list gives me the option to 'challenge' (to a single game) or 'remove'.
seriously... somebody reading this must have set up a tournament - please post exactly how you did it!!

here you go to a persons name and click on it then in the right hand corner in the box as the last thing it should say invite so and so to your tournament and you just click on that then it goes to the tournament page and shows you that so and so has been ivited to your tournament also look in other posts i have answered this question about 3 times now if this doesnt help there might be something in the old posts that might

success! once you have created a tournament you do indeed need to open someone's profile page (by clicking on their name in the members list) to invite them - the option appears in the box on the right hand side, as posted by soccer6. thanks to all who posted with suggestions. maybe the site could do with a 'how to' page, so people aren't forever solving these problems in the forum...
