Mine isn't three minutes, but it is normal to take 30secs to a min on a regular basis.(I'm on high speed internet) I play both at home and work and experience the problem in both places. I know it isn't on my end as I'll have another tab open and read the news or something else while I wait for pages to load, and the other sites are zipping right along.
