Although I did once play against someone called 'Gary' at the ICC! Don't think it was him though! 
Played lots of moves this morning ... won a couple of games and feeling particularly buoyant. Probably won't play (or chat) over the weekend; so see you all soon!

You mean starting a new channel on an already-established IRC server, or you want to start a whole new IRC server and have it hosted somewhere?

I don't know what I mean. I just thought some folk might be interested in chatting in that way instead of this.
The IRC thingy sounded right to me and I stand by it
