An individual that i played against on Gameknot.com has actually made this move.

It's called the Endthegamenow Gambit. Or is that Counter-gambit?

No, the Counter-gambit is 1.d4 d5 2.c4 e5

So the Counter-gambit is the same as QGD? I need to look that up.

Actually there are a lot. 1.e4 e5 2.f4 d5
Maybe in the near future it will be proven that 1.f3 2.Kf2 is a forced win for white.  Saw that somewhere on chessgames.com.
