To the GPS, what is difference and similarity of four men standing respectively in the "four corners of the Earth"? Likewise, the frying pans respectively used in the four corners of the Earth.

In physics up is defined as away from the center of the earth (or whatever massive object you are on) Zenith and up are the same.
There is also something in physics called the right hand rule. It is needed to define angular momentum. The earth's rotation and rhr imply the globe should be oriented with the north pole over up and the south pole down. the planets revolve around the sun such that the solar system's angular momentum is much closer to parallel than antiparallel to the earth's. It is possible that the collision that create the moon tilted our axis as bit.
