whyBish, I am continuing to practice; I'm hoping for some instructional material to help me past this hump I'm facing.

phystutordotcom indirectly brings up a good point. You can make it a habit now to trade your bishops for knights. Perhaps like myself, you favour keeping the bishops which does not get you enough practice with the knights.
The practice is good of course but game experience is always a good way to go too and playing with the knights will improve your defense against them too.

Checkmates using knights tend to be rare. If you are working on your endgame you may want to focus more on rook and pawn endings. I know there are books devoted just to that (I have one). I haven't heard of one for knight endings.

Graham, tanks. While these are endgame problems, I'm thinking of them as more like just tactics problems with few pieces on the board, since it's still a matter of coordinating the pieces. The reason I brought it up is that it shows my weakness with knights, which you're probably already discovered in our games.
Just practicing without instruction is like learning by trial and error, which is very effective, but not very efficient. Mixing instruction with it should improve the efficiency.
I do have some endgame books; guess I'll just look knights up and see what they say (duh).
