Well done. You have set a fine example of acceptable teasing. quick wit - If that is possible on a correspondence chess site.
Mr. DJRVD
Pit will be enthusiastically welcomed on my dream team of chess. It might be more accurate to say he would displace me. I would be on board 2. The poor guy or pup, I forget which he was, on board 6 would no longer be in the starting line up. Oh, you may have heard you can never have too much pitching in baseball, well you can never have to much bull in dream chess.
I was the captain of the Manhatten chess club's chess teamn that was entered in the commercial chess league. At the time my rating was 1700 USCF. Usually the team's fate was determined by weather or not I played. If I could find four players better than me I could watch my team win as a spectator. If I played our team's average rating would be 150 points lower than our opponent and we would lose.

I sometimes dream that I am playing both sides in a game. I find it very difficult.

Sonia,
Keep trying. It appears you exist in duplicate. If anyone could play both sides you could.

I often do play both sides of the game. Strangely they never end in draws.

...For me the problem is that when I'm playing with the white I know the black's plan and when I'm playing with the black, I know the white's plan... But I also think It's a Taoist way to look into myself...
