Yeas I saw this to..A COUPLE OF TIMES I HAVE POINTD MIGUEL ABOUT THOSE KIND OF GUYS..and he have usually done something about it..but I am tired to do this anymore..You should send him personal post and he look to this.
Its clearly agreement of results to get higher rating..

That I mean the 2 first game Rogerio is publishing is high dubios, but the other 2 is normal I think, as the loser is just much weaker..

unrated should not play those that are over 2100 period, otherwise inflation soon will get ratings beyond those that are otb like 9700!
