Asking opponent to resign might be rude ... but I find in rude when opp down a lot of material, with no counter play don't resign ... and if he moves every 5 or 6 days, I just HATE THE GUY.
And mating in 20 moves still takes 4 to 6 months ...

Yes. You should move at least every three days. If don't want your opponent to spend three days on his moves, you shouldn't agree to play a game that lets him do that.
