That occurred to me. Hopefully, I can persuade the one in four of us who do that there is a way to stop. That is, if the law doesn't make us start again.

I whould like to say a few words if you dont mind. I can say, that being an ex-smoker (I quit almost 5 years ago)there were a few principal things that helped me:
1)I really wanted to quit smoking (no matters if you have or not the will to do that).
2)To be or to get around with people that quit the cigarettes, or are trying to quit.
3)The most important to me, to have psychologist suppport, because you are fighting against the addiction, and the addiction of to have the cigarette in your hand, no matter if you light it on or not.
Thanks for listen, and have a good fight against the cigarettes.

How's the non-smoking going?

Perfectly!
"Vaping" is cheaper than smoking packet cigarettes, at around half the price. As an ex-roll-up guy, I find it's around the same as high street rolling tobacco.
However, I can save more money by ordering refill liquid instead of buying pre-filled cartridges all the time. And I can save even more money by extracting the residual juice from used cartridges and using that as well.

PS. I believe I've found my new hobby. Chess is for losers
