I've starting playing with c5, but am still not that familiar with the line. I've played e5 often, and kind of think I might be missing something as c5 is supposedly the better response. Opinions?

The Pirc Defense is a good defensive strategy. 1.e4 d6 2.d4 Nf6 3.Nc3 g6 4.Be3 c6 5.Qd2 b5 6.f3 Nbd7 7.O-O-O Nb6 which leads to a wild Pirc middle game.
