Ok, I'll make it 3 d/m. Hopefully it will not take more than a couple of years for the tournament to be over. We'll start a new one at the 2nd anniversary anyway!

3 days per move is fine with me as well.
if you can remove weekends in the counting of 3 days that will be great as well as some of the players would really want to spare their weekends away from the computer :)

How about: 30 days each player per game + 1 additional day per move made?

7 days per move seemed quite fair and reasonable.
