You guys are hilarious! :-D
I'd love to stay and chat, but I'm playing RRRRC (that's right, 4 'R's!) and I've only got 4 nanoseconds left on my clock. Luckily I'm in a box travelling at the speed of light and my opponent can't claim the game yet. Anyway, gotta go.

Is it a big box and what colour is it ? I think I might have seen it .

The box is coloured blue, nine feet high and 4.5 by 4.5 feet wide. It carries the logo 'POLICE' and is suitably inconspicuous (in the City of London, anyway). If you, too, fancy your chances as a Time Lord, you can order your very own Tardis at www.fauquinelle.com. Our prices will not disappoint you, for what you're getting!

Entrepreneurially Yours, F.

Quoth Onceupon:

If two players begin an RRC game whilst two different players start a neighbouring one and each match (the two players, their chairs, the chessboard and table) is accelerated away from the other at the speed of light, how would the adjudicator adjudicate both games?

I once saw a demonstration of just this sort at Bad Homburg during a Stanley Random Chess tournament. The adjudicator, Adolphus Weisbacher-Schmerin, could simultaneously adjudicate 120 standard chess games played at RRRRC speed that had been quantumly entangled and then separated by 1000 kilometers! Adjudications made in one game became part of the other games instantaneously!

A curious thing happened, though: the wave functions of several of the games evolved into Protected King Chess. Why this happened is unclear, but it makes Evjen's suggestion that PKC is more universal than standard chess a bit more likely.
8-)

It's a cat-shaped box, actually. :-D
