What makes me sad I did not downloaded my finished games. Now all the games (pgn - notation) are lost

Whilst I feel for Miguel, my status on QueenAlice has been totally trashed. ALL the games I'm playing have been cancelled. ALL the tournamnets I've played in have been cancelled - including those five (out of six played) in which my sections have finished but are waiting for the slower players in other sections to complete. The grading points which I've achieved and the tournament progress which I've made have all been scrapped.
I'm afraid its all too much for me; I don't think I can invest any more of my time thinking it might all get trashed again. Games on QueenAlice are very slow and I just don't think I can raise the enthusiasm getting going again when the same could happen. I've been a member of another chess site for about six weeks and already completed around 55 games - it would take a year to do that here!
I haven't finally decided yet but I think its going to be goodbye from me. If any of you guys want to look me up elsewhere, I play under the same name everywhere Steve922477 on Chess sites or Steve922 on Poker sites.

Sure, I'm disappointed that some of my games have been wiped out, but Miguel has done a remarkable job running this site with very few problems for a long time. This is a time to support him for all the good that he has done to make this site work so well for so long, not to question him about the wisdom of what he felt he had to do to bring the site back on-line with full integrity after this rare but severe problem.
