I too agree with Richard, I'm in IT and I know that sometimes is really tricky to spot a database corruption...
Regarding the cancelled games, I understand it would be unfair to let them continue from the point they were in December, but maybe it would be possible to restart from the begining the ongoing matches related to tournaments, even if it's just for the anniversary ones? It's a pity to freeze them after so long...

I had only one game wiped out which I was probably losing anyway, but considering 1) this site is free and 2) it’s one of the best CC sites around I think Miguel has done a great job and not for money but just for the love of it. When this disaster, which was beyond his control, struck he went to great lengths to get things up and running as soon as possible. I think he deserves a lot of credit, not criticism.
